These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website by visitors.

Noire7 Group (“Noire”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a private Swiss group. Concierge and Vault are the desks that operate now. Noire7 Group is not a licensed multi-family office, bank, asset manager or investment adviser. It does not hold client assets and does not give investment advice.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of financial services, and no client relationship is created by visiting this website. Enquiries are welcome; membership and off-market work are desk approval, not a catalog signup.

1. Nature of Noire7 Group

Noire7 Group is a private Swiss group. Its public-facing desks are Concierge (lifestyle and membership) and Vault (off-market sourcing, with no public catalog).

Noire7 Group does not act as a bank, deposit-taking institution, securities firm, portfolio manager, investment adviser, trustee, fund manager, collective investment scheme manager, tax adviser, legal adviser or regulated broker-dealer. It does not hold, custody or safeguard client assets, does not manage third-party money, and does not provide regulated financial services requiring authorisation.

Where a matter requires regulated legal, tax, fiduciary, banking, investment, brokerage or custody services, those are provided by appropriately qualified or licensed third parties, not by Noire7 Group.

2. Enquiries

Enquiries are welcome through this website and through Noire7 Concierge. Membership and off-market work are by desk approval, not a catalog signup. Visiting this website does not create a client relationship, engagement letter or mandate.

Enquiries that ask for investment advice, asset management or other regulated financial services will not be taken on. Those are not what Noire7 Group offers.

3. Concierge & Lifestyle Membership Services

Lifestyle and concierge services are offered separately, under Noire7 Concierge, to members who retain the desk or pay per service. That is an ordinary service business, governed by its own membership terms, and is not a financial, investment or advisory service. See noire7concierge.com for details. 4. Confidentiality

We treat information relating to our work, and information shared with us, as strictly confidential, and disclose it only where necessary to fulfil an enquiry, where required by law, or with consent. A standard non-disclosure agreement is available on request — see the NDA page for details.

5. No Legal, Tax or Investment Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, investment, securities, insurance or fiduciary advice. Where such advice is needed, it is provided by independent licensed professionals under their own terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, design and materials — is the property of Noire7 Group unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, republished, circulated or relied upon by third parties without our prior written consent.

7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided for general information only, on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noire7 Group shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Force Majeure

Noire7 Group is not liable for delay or failure in operating this website caused by events outside its reasonable control, including acts of government, regulatory intervention, sanctions, war, civil unrest, natural disaster, pandemic, cyberattack, telecommunications failure or failure of third-party systems.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time and published on our website.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated date.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton of Bern, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules that cannot be excluded by agreement.
