These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website by visitors.

Noire Group (“Noire”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the private family office of a single family. It exists to administer that family’s own assets and affairs. Noire Group does not offer advisory, brokerage, wealth-management, investment, custody or other services to the public or to third-party clients.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation or invitation to engage Noire Group for any service, and no client relationship is created by visiting this website or contacting us.

1. Nature of Noire Group

Noire Group is a private family office structure serving one family only. Its activities are limited to the internal administration, coordination and stewardship of that family’s own assets, affairs and relationships with its existing banks, custodians, advisers and other professionals.

Noire Group does not act as a bank, deposit-taking institution, securities firm, portfolio manager, investment adviser, trustee, fund manager, collective investment scheme manager, tax adviser, legal adviser or regulated broker-dealer. It does not hold, custody or safeguard assets belonging to anyone outside the family, does not manage third-party money, does not accept outside investors or capital, and does not provide regulated services requiring authorisation.

Where the family’s own affairs require regulated legal, tax, fiduciary, banking, investment, brokerage, custody or other professional services, these are provided by appropriately qualified or licensed third parties, not by Noire Group.

2. No Services to the Public

This website is informational only. Noire Group does not take on external clients, does not onboard third parties, and does not enter into engagement letters, fee arrangements or mandates with members of the public. Enquiries received through this website that fall outside the family’s own affairs will not be actioned.

3. Concierge & Lifestyle Membership Services

Lifestyle and concierge services are offered separately, under a different brand (Noire7 Concierge), to members who pay an annual membership fee for lifestyle and concierge assistance. That is an ordinary service business, governed by its own membership agreement, and is not a financial, investment or advisory service. See noire7concierge.com for details.

4. Confidentiality

We treat information relating to the family’s affairs, and information shared with us by the family’s professional counterparties, as strictly confidential, and disclose it only where necessary to administer the family’s affairs, where required by law, or with consent. 5. No Legal, Tax or Investment Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, investment, securities, insurance or fiduciary advice. Where the family relies on external advisers for such matters, their advice is provided independently and subject to their own terms, duties and professional responsibilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, design and materials — is the property of Noire Group unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, republished, circulated or relied upon by third parties without our prior written consent.

7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided for general information only, on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noire Group shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Force Majeure

Noire Group is not liable for delay or failure in operating this website caused by events outside its reasonable control, including acts of government, regulatory intervention, sanctions, war, civil unrest, natural disaster, pandemic, cyberattack, telecommunications failure or failure of third-party systems.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time and published on our website.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated date.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton of Bern, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules that cannot be excluded by agreement.
